Ryan has 20 years of experience in private equity investments, venture capital and investment banking. Prior to founding Stella Investment, Ryan was a Partner at SJL Partners. He conducted and reviewed numerous cross-border investment opportunities and executed post-merger portfolio management of overseas companies. Before SJL, Ryan was a Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners, completing various acquisitions and divestments of challenging portfolios. Prior to CVC, he led the investment banking practice in Korea for Daiwa Capital Markets, providing diverse financial solutions for major Pan-Asian corporations. Before Daiwa, Ryan worked at Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investment.
